I am a recent graduate of Illinois Valley Community College where I earned my A.A.S. Degree. I am now in my senior year enrolled at Loyola University Chicago majoring in Communication with a minor in Environmental Communication. This past summer, I had the opportunity to work as a full-time intern at CITGO Lemont Refinery in the Training Department through which I gained skills in teamwork, responsibility, and organization. CITGO has asked me to continue working when able throughout the school year.
I am the youngest of two and home is based in the small town of DePue, IL. I am an avid golfer, experienced fly-fisherman, passionate yogi, and food lover. I have several years of experience in student government organizations and have earned high honors throughout my high school and college careers. Throughout my endeavors, many have described me as organized, compassionate, insightful, and ambitious.
2023 has been a year of exploration for me. I was able to study abroad France for two weeks where I met incredible people, gained invaluable experience, and delved deeper into the world of AI. Our class attended the one and only Cannes Lion Festival of Creativity where I was able to attend insightful panels and connect with fellow students as well as company representatives. With that, I have also grown a new passion for running. All of my life I have never enjoyed this sport or was very good at it, so I decided to push the boundaries of my body and have grown such a love for running.
Heading into 2024, my future plans include graduating in May and pursing a job in a communication related field. Along with this, I plan on spending as much time as possible with the newest member of our family, my nephew Finnegan.
